Established in 1973 by Mark Spandikow Sr., our company has steadily grown into one of the best and most reliable roofing companies around. With our growing fleet of trucks and our very experienced team of workers you can count on us to be the professional answer to any and all of your home's exterior and roofing needs.

-We Don't leave material and dumpsters on the job. We have our own conveyor loading truck and dump trucks, so you can use your driveway.

A lot of the copper standing seam roofs in Hinsdale were done by Spandikow & Son. Oak Brook has a share of chimneys rebuilt by us. Carol Stream has vinyl siding installed by us. We service all of Naperville. I'm sure I have left some out. Warrenville and Winfield are areas where we have done tuckpointing. Complete tear-offs and re-roofs in Bartlett.
Elmhurst and Villa Park are on our list and Gutters have been changed from Omni facade gutters in Glendale Heights and Bloomingdale to 5" with oversized 4" spout systems. Geneva, St.Charles, Batavia and Aurora are within our service area also.

Mold Removal
Mold in attics can sometimes be a problem. We have a service that can clean and treat this, or we can replace the plywood while doing your roof.
Please let us know if you think your attic has a problem, we can't usually tell from the exterior of the building.
